1. I have uninstalled and re installed multiple times and tried on my partners phone and same issue app just crashes when ever trying to add or view a booking.Worst Hotel app ever..! Rate on search page is not the same as the rate on the confirmation page.

2. Trying to search for additional stays booked via travel agents is impossible as selecting arrival and departure dates is not possible.This app is so bad it's a complete embarrassment to Melia hotels.

3. Please think things through more carefully.Terrible app, things just crash, can't change currency, listing of rooms just a pain, searching for a hotel is terribly complicated, app doesn't work after an update with need to deinstall and reinstall the app.

4. Impossible to book 2 different type of rooms.There's an issue on Android 13 the prevents a booking from being added to the wallet.

5. Asked several people at the resort for help and no one was able to resolve it.Can't use... the navigation bar is in english and the other options in the meat of each area are in spanish with no identifyable way of selecting another language.

6. Impossible to change only 1 profile parameters / add a travel companion without entering absolutely ALL information.

7. The only option available is to call your hotel to book services which defeats the purpose of the app.Good, but slightly glitchy on Android S8.

8. Next issue is if you add a travel companion and edit their email, then decide to change it back to their original email, it will not let you and say it's in use when you are simply editing.

9. Tried to use it to look at hotel facilities, room service menu etc but constant freezing, hanging, "loading", "please wait" etc.

10. We would enter our stay info and it would say it was saved, but then when we click on My Stay it says we have no stays, even when logged in with our Melia account.

11. Frustrated everytime I have to use itMy booking has disappeared from the app and when ever I try to search to re add it the app prompts an error occurred please try again later.

1. Fix Meliá Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Meliá: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Meliá App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meliá" » Open Meliá: Book hotels and resorts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meliá » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Meliá: Book hotels and resorts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meliá servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meliá: Book hotels and resorts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Meliá app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meliá might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Meliá. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meliá then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meliá not working

2. Fix Meliá Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Meliá be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Meliá not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Meliá may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
