1. As the food was not on time, i called the restaurant, they didn't even took my call and then i chat with online agent from pizza.de, they said the restaurant can't even take the orders as it was currently checked by the local authorties for standards.

2. For the service, related to delivery partners, sometimes the delivery guys don't get additional notes that I'm adding to my order, as to how find me or similar.Great app! Generally costs less that Deliveroo and the others but does not let you track your driver (not that bad of a downside).

3. you could make a 'touchscreen' menu with buttons for the categories, a bigger back to menu / what else button and then only list whats in that category, or if you keep the scroll through, a clear cut off between the categories!Really liked the pizza.de App.

4. One day I decided to try it out, only to be told that the code is not valid and to be really frustrated after spending time choosing the fpod to try the service, nd with the very first contact with customer service, I was told that there is nothing they can do.
