It means I'll encourage people to buy a physical gift card vs digital which will save me money long term.Downloaded the app to sign up for the rewards program and add a few my purchases from that week, I kept getting "sorry we're experiencing a system error try again later" a few times, so I went to the desktop site and joined.

2. This doesn't matter outside of the US, but generally tipping makes up a good portion of service worker wages in the US, so it needs to be more obvious when checking out! I've placed orders more than once that had no tip because I hadn't even noticed it was an option.Only reason it's not a 5-star review is because you can't apply more than one 'stars' free item at a time when you pre-order.

3. I recently added $20 to my card and I got charged twice ($40) but the amount on my card still only showed $20 added.The app is actually pretty solid, and it's nice to be able to get rewards from using it.

4. Thinking that resolved the issue or I'd at least be able to log in, NOPE! So since zero stars isn't an option, here's the 1, I guess for the app at least being download-able! Go figure.Easy to Use.

5. I hope they work out whatever bugs make it difficult to even see anything on the app at times, but of they do it will be a beautiful app.Have been having issues when I reload or add money to my card on my app.

8. And thanks for adding a tip to your server option! One thing that's critically missing is gift cards - I have to reload them.

1. Fix Starbucks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Starbucks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Starbucks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Starbucks" » Open Starbucks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Starbucks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Starbucks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Starbucks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Starbucks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Starbucks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Starbucks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Starbucks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Starbucks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Starbucks not working

2. Fix Starbucks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Starbucks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Starbucks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Starbucks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
