1. Laggy, laggy on any device and any internet (tested in three phones).This app always can't download data, update your profile information, load loyalty programs and their details.
2. Since the problem is clearly related to the Keycloak authorization hand-off web-APi app-API method, I tried the only thing I can do as a user — clearing the cache of mentioned web-viewers which didn't help at all.
3. And app doesn't work too.It's freaking lagging all the time with constant errors , probably because these idiots switched to Russian servers and software , also it's working over Russian sovereign Cheburnet.
4. They don't even allow users to change our personal information or delete our account in accordance with the EU GDPR Law, Article 17 (2).Can't authorize in the app using X5ID.
5. App is unusable in such state, since all I'm getting is "try again later" after successfully authorizing with X5ID.I didn't succeed in creating virtual loyalty card on my smartphone.
6. When I try activate support tell me The card is already activated another person and any information about this card not allowed for me.
7. if the app doesn't even return a meaningful error message? It just stays on "internal error", no error codes, no logs whatsoever.
