1. Improve your tech, come on.I used this application in Leiden Netherlands, it's very slow service, I called the restauran after 30 minutes, they said that the application didn't confirm the picking up time yet, while initially they indicated the delivery by 25 to 35 minutes, it took them almost 80 minutes, we were in 3, one had to leave without eating, they just ruined our lunch! Never ever again.Absolutely horrible application, they don't actually track your order, they don't provide any form of customer support in real time, if your order is messed up, good luck resolving it in 3 business days.
2. There's no way to properly track a delivery in real time, no way to leave an order review from the app (you have to wait for an email, what is this, the 2000s?).
3. Used to order for some places and now they cancelled my order even though the restaurant had already prepared out food because "our area falls out of the delivery zone".
4. No customer service to correct your order if made mistake (have to call restaurant most of times).
5. My last order I did early and requested delivery by 8.
6. Work on improvements finally!is nice to have a place where you can order from everything from several places.
7. Besides that just bought a pizza from domino's on their app for 17,99 named double chicken bacon pizza, one would think yeah its a double pizza so must be big right? NO not only there isn't any information on the app about the pizza size, it is the SMALLEST pizza(6inches) for 17 euros.
8. When I called the restaurant they said they never even received our order.
9. No proper images for dish (leaving user to guess how it looks like) for most of restaurants, discounts are barely existing and realized poorly.

11. I tried to reach out to customer service, which was not reachable and only said sorry 4 days after.
