1. I will never use this appI had issues with an order and I tought it wasnt gonna be resolved because I didnt received a response or ticket number, however in less than a day they accepted my claim and I got my money back through a refound (not a coupon) on my card 3 days after that (but lets be honest, that was on the bank, they did an amazing work!) so I am now satisfied and happy with them, good food, fair price and fast resolution.What I did not like the most was I couldn't rate the restaurant nor change the rate this app set.
2. MORE THAN TWO HOURS! Getting back to other apps, I rather pay more but eat ON TIME than order and who knows when I'm gonna eat...I've had this app for years now, but for some reason most of the orders I have placed have been cancelled AN HOUR after placing the order and always for the same reason, no one picks up the order.
3. Ive had very low customer service the fee you and still cancel your order 1 hour after you ordered it.
4. Even though my last order was made with one hour of anticipation (so my food could be sorta on schedule), it took more than two hours to be delivered.
5. It doesn't not work like uber eats, instead it only works with restaurants that already have delivery service.
6. Also, would be nice one could comment about each restaurant and read comments and recommendations from other customers, in this sense, Google maps is way better to decide where to eat.Absolutely horrible.

8. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the restaurant, but after I tried in 5 different places, only 1 made it on time.
9. when I called the customer care number, they asked me to send an email to sindelantal which I did without any delay.
10. So yeah, it's delivery service of limited restaurants close of your area.
11. I wanted to rate 1 or 2 stars the restaurant and this app set 4 stars, which is completely misleading for future customers.
