1. Fortunately there are many other apps which has better / more responsive support at least, example of good experience with support was with Wolt.Hi team, i know all the apps are now integrated under one application lieferando.
2. Since they AR always on top, even when closedIt was a great app until lieferando came in without a warning, now the prices went up and you do not have the ability to just round up to the minimum amout of money that needs to be paid for a delivery.
3. Work on quality of your app instead.app lets me go through the whole ordering process, throws an useless error message and I have to google that the restaurant is closed tonight.

I ordered via phone.I would give the app full points for its built and easy use, however, recently, i discovered that in spite of having over 500 loyalty points, when it comes to actually redeeming the points for some offer, i get to see only 15 points when in reality i have redeemed only 2 offers so far.
5. Edit because of the comment I just got: The first thing I did was send an email about this (even before contacting support), so it shows how your app support works and how much you actually check the feedback you get (i.e. you don't check it).
6. Its just utter garbage compared to the older version of the app.Terrible experience overall, especially after being taken over by Lieferando.de. I have problems in ever other order.

9. turns out this restaurant doesn't deliver "that far"...guess, that's why the app wanted my device's location! to pick restaurants not delivering to me.
10. All in all, definitly a good choice for the student who wants something for dinner.after lieferando bought them, they rebuilt the app, and it's pretty bad from a usability perspective.
11. I've had few issues, mainly when an order shows that it will be delived within 45 min, and after few minutes (30 min) later its turns into 1 hours then 2 hours.
