Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix hr4 Issues
1. Fix hr4 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart hr4: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the hr4 App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "hr4" » Open hr4 » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for hr4 » click "UPDATE".
- Clear hr4 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from hr4 servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "hr4" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check hr4 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, hr4 might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall hr4. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall hr4 then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing hr4 not working
2. Fix hr4 Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make hr4 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to hr4 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, hr4 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
