1. Very good service, plus the cars are electric, and get you to your destination with green energy.Waiting for the taxi 20 min (while on crutches after surgery) then getting cancelation saying "I didn't show up to ride" AND THEN the App wouldn't let me book a new ride as "I wasn't showing up to a previous ride"... took a regular taxi instead which was quicker and same price....Terrible experience.

2. Every time I place an order and I shut the app, it appears a message of system crashing and the phone screen starts blinking and I'm not able to use it anymore so I have to reset it everytime.

3. I repeatedly press it but it doesn't appear to send anything as there is no message or anything 🤷 ♂️Fast and reliable rides for a descend price.

4. Now I can't book a trip at all and the app tells me to send a message, however when I press the send button nothing happens.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CleverShuttle Issues

1. Fix CleverShuttle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CleverShuttle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CleverShuttle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CleverShuttle" » Open CleverShuttle: Ridesharing Service » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CleverShuttle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CleverShuttle: Ridesharing Service app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CleverShuttle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CleverShuttle: Ridesharing Service" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CleverShuttle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CleverShuttle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CleverShuttle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CleverShuttle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CleverShuttle not working


2. Fix CleverShuttle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CleverShuttle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CleverShuttle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CleverShuttle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
