1. Once it happened three times in a row and we had to eventually give up after waiting over 2,5 for food.The app is terrible, I registered myself use the app for a few months and then I'm being asked to register my phone to verify myself, but every single time I just get a message that the number is registered but can't order anything, I have deleted, uninstall and reinstall but still not workingThe delivery service itself is pretty good, if occasionally slow due to demand, but the tracking and time estimate is absolute garbage.

2. They should fix that bug, and overall hold restaurants more accountable with their estimatesGreat cost value compared to other food delivery apps (lots of discounts!) and the app runs seamlessly but VERY low on restaurant selection.

3. Because help center doesn't work either 🙄😐The option for restaurants to cancel your order should be disabled.

4. Delivery is handles great but the app has a few spammy "call to action" notifications that I find extremely irritating.

5. It's very annoying when multiple restaurants cancel your order after half an hour or longer, sometimes after 1,5 hour.

6. At some other times in the week there's just a few restaurants available (like 2 or 3!) and sometimes NONE.

7. Inconvenient search without itHey! If I turn off ad notifications, don't use other notification categories to send me ads.

8. Saturday night there was literally just 1 restaurant available as all others cancelled their delivery services.

9. App got my location wrong so only unknown restaurants far away appear in the search.

10. Biggest problem is time estimates: sometimes the app will show 2 times: 1 in line with the original eta, another that is more realistic.

11. Reviews are not able to read and wrongly price levels for many restaurants.

1. Fix foodora Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart foodora: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the foodora App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "foodora" » Open foodora: Food & Groceries » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for foodora » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear foodora: Food & Groceries app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from foodora servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "foodora: Food & Groceries" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check foodora app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, foodora might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall foodora. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall foodora then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing foodora not working


2. Fix foodora Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make foodora be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to foodora not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, foodora may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
