SSB Move Customer Insights

1. The infrastructure seems to have problems, often purchasing of a best price ticket is not possible.After searching departures from a given station, when setting a notification for a departure time the notification is displayed at the exact time of departure, but I think it should be displayed before some minutes (configurable maybe) of the departure time.

2. There are just some Bugs since I started using the App: Best Price ticket can not be bought because of some server error, bought Best Price ticket can not be viewed, cancelled trains (during strike) were not shown as cancelled :(.

3. Though the foreign credit card is not accepted but one can use PayPal account for making payments.Lets me see connections and buy tickets in seconds.

4. except from that It is a very practical app.Displaying a best price ticket doesn't work since October update.

5. After being in touch with the support - it only got worse....This app has so many problems, I cannot buy a single ticket from this app, it's stops and does nothing.

6. Would be better to just provide a working API.Nice idea, but the app has a terrible UI with minor bugs (soft keyboard blocking screen).

7. Please fix it!Choose this over VVS Mobil of you have a foreign credit card as SSB Move allows PayPal.

8. App needs to join the 21st century and add Apple Pay/Google Pay (hence the lack of five stars).

9. For booking the tickets and looking at the route in detail is really good.Finally! I can make payments through app.

10. Some interface features could be improved.I can't change / remove / adjust my payment method.

11. I like the "Best price" concept.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SSB Move Issues

1. Fix SSB Move Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SSB Move: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SSB Move App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SSB Move" » Open SSB Move » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SSB Move » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SSB Move app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SSB Move servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SSB Move" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SSB Move app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SSB Move might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SSB Move. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SSB Move then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SSB Move not working


2. Fix SSB Move Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SSB Move be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SSB Move not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SSB Move may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
