1. One annoyance is I think to show my ticket I must back away from my trip, and if I am in the middle of my journey, then I must search for a future one that is equivalent.The time table shows on the app always different than the real.

2. It can save you alot of time as Google maps do not show trip cancellation in real time.Your mobile app product team should be shamed.

3. I often want to look up at which station I have to change (and on which platform I have to go for the connection, etc.) while I'm on a bus or train already, and it's always gone and I have to repeat the search, which then shows different results because it's a later time.

4. App set to English, and most interfaces display in English - but all ticket info is displayed in Deutsch?!Sarcasm alert! Great to find out if your bus is 20, 40 or more minutes overdue.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BVG Fahrinfo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BVG Fahrinfo: Route planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BVG Fahrinfo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BVG Fahrinfo: Route planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BVG Fahrinfo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BVG Fahrinfo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BVG Fahrinfo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BVG Fahrinfo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BVG Fahrinfo not working
