1. I rated it 1 star because zero was not an option.Been trying to update a forced update from yall and it will not load for over 6hrs, there are constant issues with adding parts, constant updates that slow us down, spend more time trying to manage your program then doing my actual work, seems like after 5 years you would have simplified the program, you ,may consider finding a better lead programmer, for the money there has to be a better way"Improvements" make app worse.
2. Update, 3/5/21, forced update this morning and now is malfunctioning again, yep, this app still sucks! Update 6/11/21, yet another forced update that did nothing but create more issues and, make the app run slower and constantly crashAbsolutely awful, very unstable even on newer android devices, God help you if cell service is patchy.
3. It'll make you continuously late to your jobCrashes a lot, forced updates might fix one issue, but always create more problems, updated this am, tried logging in several times, much time wasted, bottom line is this software constantly has issues.
4. Ideal situations don't exist in the field.So after using the updated RFS since launch I've found it to be a much more intuitive and feature filled version than previous release.
5. Other than that good app and helpfulJunk It just keeps getting worse I've been using this program with my company for now about a year and a half and it's just not getting better.
6. My only gripe is on first start up the download of the Master Data packet can take quite some time especially if there's no wifi or bad cell reception which often is the case for me.
7. It'll keep looping you when there is an update it'll say you have an update but there isn't you will have to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to bring up your call.
8. Crashes often, does not carryover task started shortly before midnight to next day; the user looses access to that task which complicates billing the customer.
9. This happened after one of the updates to "improve performance ".Can't update.
10. Been using it and it's previous versions since 2015 and we are still dealing with the same issues since then.
11. I hit update and it relaunched the app forcing me into the playstore again.
