Why should I report an Issue with Groundwire: VoIP SIP Softphone?

1. I sometimes have to end the call, turn off and on the BT device, and remake the call for it to work again.Pretty good app, but a large miss with no Android Auto support.Quick edit after a year of use: very reliable and stable.

2. Inbound calls ring even if the app isn't open, outbound works fine including transferring calls.Would give 5* if there was a reliable way to get it working with Android Auto.

3. But there is one behavior I wish I could change, and I haven't figured out how: The app keeps resetting the audio to speaker on every call.

10. And sometimes the BT device shows connected, but the speaker icon in Groundwire won't show the BT audio in the selection choice.

11. The only issue is, you have to make sure you set it up properly which takes time and also sometimes, you may have to reset some functions for example the voice mail for me for some reason got disconnected without any reason and I had to set it up again.

1. Fix Groundwire Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Groundwire: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Groundwire App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Groundwire" » Open Groundwire: VoIP SIP Softphone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Groundwire » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Groundwire: VoIP SIP Softphone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Groundwire servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Groundwire: VoIP SIP Softphone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Groundwire app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Groundwire might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Groundwire. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Groundwire then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Groundwire not working

2. Fix Groundwire Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Groundwire be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Groundwire not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Groundwire may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
