1. Problem is, it crashes everytime I open it I can't keep it open long enough to troubleshoot it other than that it's great so many times I've been able to call a telemarketer back turn the app off I don't exist anymore LOL whatever's going on I hope it gets fixed.

2. I can't get any credit cards accepted to add money to my account which has caused me much grief as I was going to rely on this to call home.

I guess the Pro App us obsolete now, and they didn't even tell us or acknowledge it now.Tried not to give up for a while on this app, had like 3 different issues going on with this app, then I read that I have to uninstall and install app to fix the issues, did that - it deleted all my contacts and there's no way to retrieve them back now.

4. I dial out, wait for it to drop my call with the loud, annoying chime, close the ad, then dial again.

1. Fix GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text" » Open GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text then reinstall.
