1. Yet my Pioneer payment history in this app shows successful payments posted, NOT failed payments.I have been disconnected and cannot access my account to see what is wrong? Maybe my bill was not paid but I cannot pay it due to unnecessary security measures.
2. What, are you saving us from some malicious malcontent hacking into our account to pay our bill?Easy app, it would be nice to see some upgrade or other available options in the future.I love this app and it always works for me, plus it's easy to use and has great information.
3. Firstly, I learned today that the Auto Pay information I had entered in early November, apparently never made it into Pioneer's billing system.
4. So come December's billing, they tried to pull the payment from the wrong account.
5. However, there are issues with Pioneer's implementation that need to be corrected ASAP.
