Nebula Customer Insights

1. A few more features would be nice but it lets us do a bunch inside the app, without having to open up our laptopsNeeds more information in the app (such as channels the APs are using, which band the wireless clients are using, the wifi bandwidth etc).

2. Update: Thanks for the quick response, where can I send a response to obtain the apk? Symptom at the moment is: login page refreshes and the ends at same page as before, nothing filled in the fields.

3. All I want is to connect two machines via a wireless bridge using nwa55axe and I'm confronted with all this.

4. My only downside is that I am now unable to change the upload and download limit of available ssids, either on the app or the web console of nebula.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nebula Issues

1. Fix Nebula Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nebula: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nebula App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nebula" » Open Nebula Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nebula » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nebula Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nebula servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nebula Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nebula app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nebula might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nebula. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nebula then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nebula not working


2. Fix Nebula Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nebula be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nebula not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nebula may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Please cancel my subscription. I tried it through my android and noted that I have no subscription for it. But noted that there has been charges made in my credit card and I want it to be cancelled and refund. Thank you.
