1. Ok this is stupid I'm getting more and more annoyed anker.. this app wont even show up and all the other apps are broken.. I am a long time fan and I own a lot of your products and never had a problem.. I understand this is relatively new tech but the problems the nebula max has with its apps are absolutely ridiculous I'm only irritated because you did not tell me this.. other than that the projector is amazing but the apps really let it down to the point where it starts to feel cheapBeen about 5 days since they did their update and made netflix unusable with the provided remote.

2. not sure about other boxesI have 2 TCL TVs and used Nebula for a while but now after updating my TV Nebula doesn't show any apps to select and show , removed and reinstalled but still not working.

3. Installed on anker nebula 2 to use netflix but does not work at allPnot showing open option.

4. Controller option in connect does not work eitherIt actually what I was looking for, something like that for my shield android TV box.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nebula Manager Issues

1. Fix Nebula Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nebula Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nebula Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nebula Manager" » Open Nebula Manager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nebula Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nebula Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nebula Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nebula Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nebula Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nebula Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nebula Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nebula Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nebula Manager not working


2. Fix Nebula Manager Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nebula Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nebula Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nebula Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
