11. Possibly a timezone issue? A photo taken at 08:00 will show as 08:00 in google photos, but a video at the same time shows as 04:00.pretty much garbage.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Camking Pro Issues

1. Fix Camking Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Camking Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Camking Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Camking Pro" » Open Camking Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Camking Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Camking Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Camking Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Camking Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Camking Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Camking Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Camking Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Camking Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Camking Pro not working


2. Fix Camking Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Camking Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Camking Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Camking Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Good morning,
    I am having an issue with the app. when I change the resolution the picture on the screen of my phone (galaxy note 3) stays the same size but the video on the 16GB FAT32 SD card is recorded in a smaller picture. I record for 24hr, it brakes the video into 25min videos that's nice but I'm missing the picture my phone showed me. I am using a AKASO Brave 4 4K with a 16GB SANDISK formatted to FAT32 resolution settings 720P 30FPS, I've also tried the other resolutions with same results . any help on this would be much appreciated.
