Why should I report an Issue with Zoner AntiVirus?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Check it out!, congratulations!It hasn't detected anything yet.. or even said anything .. no messages no nothing mm .. maybe I will check if I have it internally or on my sd card,?? Because that makes s lot *I mean(ALOT) of difference when using any security app... If it can go on you as.. then it is probably a scamm...because it can hide from other security app...I'd further have recommended defender : why?? It is the most reliable.. this is however very thorough at scanning.. but different phone's use different hardware..soIt's good and fast.

2. What happened? Very tragic ...Never judge a book by its cover! Especially, if its a functional, reliable & trustworthy safety software! 1 of few antivirus apps doing what it's supposed to! Has necessary features to check apps and files any time (also realtime protection!).

3. Not only does it scan apps as they are being downloaded for viruses it allows me to control any addition scans to my phone wheneverI want...making sure that my phone is safe at all times.

4. Unfortunately, database updates r not working correctly when vpn-protocol is active! It outmatches many shiny wannabe security apps with big advertising budgets!I never thought it will be as simple and effective like this apps.

5. Makes this app no better than others Will be going for app with better features.Should it include an app locker feature? Including a Zoner screen locker so that the user can do away with the native Android screen lock would be great.

6. Finds viruses in directories that unzipped.. Doesn't find them in zip and has good we browsers real-time detection on non zipped.. Won't find virus in xvideos-stable apk even if it's installed I believe it's wapron malwareMissing items.

7. And the additional features of security it brings to my phone of knowing I can track my phone and still control it if ever lost or stolen.

8. This is the first app I would download to any new phone !!! I would give it 5 stars if they brought back the feature to block text messages as well as incoming and outgoing calls.

9. Not sure why that feature was removed with newer updates.I didn't enable the cloud protect option and now it reports the status as "vulnerable".

10. Other than that, I'm happy with the app so far.The virus definition updates seems to be rather slow/late and infrequent to me.

1. Fix Zoner AntiVirus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zoner AntiVirus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zoner AntiVirus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoner AntiVirus" » Open Zoner AntiVirus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoner AntiVirus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zoner AntiVirus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoner AntiVirus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoner AntiVirus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zoner AntiVirus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoner AntiVirus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoner AntiVirus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoner AntiVirus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoner AntiVirus not working

2. Fix Zoner AntiVirus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoner AntiVirus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoner AntiVirus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoner AntiVirus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
