1. The phone can control all the functions of the Zidoo player.

1. You cannot copy files with this app, you cannot open settings, remote is crazy dark.Couldnt detect device zidoo x6 pro not sure if its wireless bluetooth or ir its trying to connect toCan't access either of my two players.

2. 1) Music player song control - equilizer must be require.

3. Volume has no feedback, you have no idea if you are Max or lower volume, the heart or favorites cannot be actuated, etcIt is good.

4. Pl look into..Music player is not working properly and hangs on Tidal Connect sometimes.

5. Only thing missing is to ability to edit / change covers on the poster wall via the app.Nothing useful.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zidoo Controller Issues

1. Fix Zidoo Controller Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zidoo Controller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zidoo Controller App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zidoo Controller" » Open Zidoo Controller » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zidoo Controller » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zidoo Controller app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zidoo Controller servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zidoo Controller" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zidoo Controller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zidoo Controller might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zidoo Controller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zidoo Controller then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zidoo Controller not working


2. Fix Zidoo Controller Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zidoo Controller be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zidoo Controller not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zidoo Controller may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
