1. (ex: Power on, but no changing color or brightness) Locks again.I like the simplicity of this controller, although it is disappointing that it loses synch when my phone turns off the screen (if I'm playing music, it keeps playing, but the lights stop flashing to the beat).
2. Lastly, orange color is impossible to getUPDATE - after contacting the developers by email, I was able to get the controller to connect to our router by removing the cover with a putty knife.
3. If someone turns the light switch off then it can be a huge pain to get it synced up again, so once everything is connected to the app, keep the switch on and use the app and timer to turn off/on.
4. Might not be the biggest security issue in the world, but I hope that more regard is taken towards security in other areas of the app/light system in general.Pretty good but needs work... Overall I really like the app and lightbulbs.
5. I had it set up 1 foot away from my dual-band router, but keep getting "connection failed".Tldr: only good if you are planning on doing basic things... Seems to have some good controls, but then missing some features.
6. Original review: I was able to get the smart controller connected to my Eero router once after several tries.
7. Every single time I set up these lights (this is the fourth time) the app won't recognize any Wi-Fi signals the first couple of attempts.
8. I hope this app gets real developers who are skilled enough to work out the kinks and bugs in their system.
9. But 99/100 times it gets stuck and refuses to connect, and in the process the lightbulb flickers and attempts to induce involuntary seizures on us lmao.
10. I'd like if I could set a timer like a countdown - after "x" minutes, do this. The app works, and although there are some UI/UX things that are rough around the edges, it's learnable.
11. If it decides to work, and the light I'm wanting to change happens to be one the app chooses to communicate with, then i can make one change.
I have some problem with your wifi led strip controller. Its showing the blue colour on app but the led strip turns red. Can i have some help?
Unable to connect lamps with smart bulbs with Alexa
[Name set as BeepBoop in a way of saying REDACTED] Hello Magic Home Pro. September 2020 was around the time I bought your strip lights and connected it to my device using this email. I had a certain Home Wifi network too. But that Wifi was changed recently, and I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing problems for me, but on the day it affected my device, my strip lights were suddenly always Offline, and I could never turn them on or off through the app. (I’d lost the controller, so I can only control through the app.) I’ve been doing some research, and I’m pretty sure that if I can delete my current account, I can use my email to register again and start fresh. My lights have already been registered to my device, but I’ve disconnected it in the app because when I go to devices, it says 0. All I need is to add a new device, AKA the one I disconnected from, using my email again. The only way to do so is to delete my current one, so I humbly ask that you would consider it. And if there is a way to fix this without doing any of this, please to inform me, and I can try to make the situation more clear. If not, just delete the data regarding the app and the email I am using to send you this message.
Hi, i ordered this device with magic home. Link:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001458886660.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.66bf4c4ddnAlur
The problem is that it has over 300 modes, but not one single of them have a smooth rgb transition. Please fix this. If you want inspiration you can look atthe first modes of sp110e controller. Hoping for reply
Sincerely

When will you be combining the HaoDang app with the Magic Home Pro app?
