1. (ex: Power on, but no changing color or brightness) Locks again.I like the simplicity of this controller, although it is disappointing that it loses synch when my phone turns off the screen (if I'm playing music, it keeps playing, but the lights stop flashing to the beat).

2. Lastly, orange color is impossible to getUPDATE - after contacting the developers by email, I was able to get the controller to connect to our router by removing the cover with a putty knife.

1. Restart Magic Home Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Home Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Home Pro" » Open Magic Home Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Home Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Home Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Home Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Home Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Home Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Home Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic Home Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic Home Pro then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic Home Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic Home Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
