Reported Deleting Issues

  • [Name set as BeepBoop in a way of saying REDACTED] Hello Magic Home Pro. September 2020 was around the time I bought your strip lights and connected it to my device using this email. I had a certain Home Wifi network too. But that Wifi was changed recently, and I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing problems for me, but on the day it affected my device, my strip lights were suddenly always Offline, and I could never turn them on or off through the app. (I’d lost the controller, so I can only control through the app.) I’ve been doing some research, and I’m pretty sure that if I can delete my current account, I can use my email to register again and start fresh. My lights have already been registered to my device, but I’ve disconnected it in the app because when I go to devices, it says 0. All I need is to add a new device, AKA the one I disconnected from, using my email again. The only way to do so is to delete my current one, so I humbly ask that you would consider it. And if there is a way to fix this without doing any of this, please to inform me, and I can try to make the situation more clear. If not, just delete the data regarding the app and the email I am using to send you this message.
