Why should I report an Issue with Magic Light - BLE?

1. Wwhen first pairing the controller it offers RGBW option, but once paired it works as a regular RGB led strip, presenting white color by turning all R+G+B colors to a maximum.

2. These jokers are doing the bare minimum.Not working controller if use power supply with 12v even without LED strips.

3. I know that analog LEDs can't shine like rainbows when digital can change every diode color but glowing mods only blinking without using transparent changing of colors - really sad.

4. Installed on Android, paired with our RV controller with no issues.

1. Fix Magic Light Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic Light: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Light App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Light" » Open Magic Light - BLE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Light » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Light - BLE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Light servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Light - BLE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Light app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Light might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic Light. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic Light then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magic Light not working

2. Fix Magic Light Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic Light be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magic Light not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic Light may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
