1. Highly recommend getting the Lush2 instead!!!!Trash lacks definition for this app and related works or actually I should use another word other than trash Because trash is tangible and at least worth tossing in a can, this isn't even worth the time it took to install, don't get your hopes up love birds this app is a sure fire disappointment to put it nicely.

2. Pictures, voice messages, texts, signal all never send or only half send half the time, total waste if time and total joke, can't you hear me lauging? huh neither can I 👎👎👎The function that allows you to add friends so they can control it doesn't work.

4. I barely can see the save button for vibrations, let along the play buttons for music.Not sure it even let me log on properly in the first place, it looks to be a far more social app that I'd like, and it won't let me add friends, which in Covid is exactly it's intended purpose.

5. Works great for personal use through the app from what I can tell but i really wanted my partner a state away to be able to control it...This works great.

6. When O finally added someone, she tried to "instant connect" And I received a pop up but then swiped it away by accident and it never returned claiming on her end "still waiting on confirmation" As well, the all seems to be "too long" For our phones.

7. Phones Bluetooth connects to the device just fine but can't scan for device or control it with the app.

8. Buggy AF with sending/recieving friend request, control requests and messages in general.

9. TLDR: Waste of money, is a scam, do not buy.The app itself can't even find and scan devices created for it in mind.

1. Fix Dolp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dolp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dolp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dolp" » Open Dolp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dolp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dolp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dolp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dolp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dolp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dolp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dolp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dolp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dolp not working

2. Fix Dolp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dolp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dolp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dolp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
