Why should I report an Issue with Terminux - SSH Client WebUi?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I can't wake my server even inside the lan.Everytime I try to open the ssh session, it prompts to install the ssh module.

2. But when I click again to open ssh session, it again prompts to install the module.

3. When I click on auto install, it says module installed.

4. Un usable.Terrible. Crashes every time i try to open an SSH session.Doesn't have SSH built in.

5. The developers have unnecessarily increased the complexity of the appDoes not detect keys and no documentation on what format is needed.

6. Ping says server is unreachable but file share software works fine.

8. This app pretend to wake a remote resource but you can't specify an UDP port.

9. IMHO wol and ssh should have different tab in configuration category.

1. Fix Terminux Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Terminux: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Terminux App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Terminux" » Open Terminux - SSH Client WebUi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Terminux » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Terminux - SSH Client WebUi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Terminux servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Terminux - SSH Client WebUi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Terminux app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Terminux might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Terminux. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Terminux then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Terminux not working

2. Fix Terminux Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Terminux be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Terminux not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Terminux may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
