1. If you can't view the live streams then it isn't really protecting you, 💩This was given has a replacement by Technomate, due to there one going off line and this one is just has bad, pay good money for CCTV and now it's a waste of money has cannot check CCTV when away, would give no stars if I could haveFew days ago my remote viewing got stop.

2. The insulting thing is that the CCTV system is called HOME PROTECTOR, designed to give customer peace of mind through viewing live streams through the apps.

3. Sadly, it doesn't.Once again all apps by the same designer to work with the Home Protector CCTV System have failed and will not log on to enable customers to check live footage of their CCTV system.

4. Only issue so far is, I paid for a 3 year subscription for a very reasonable fee but upon opening the app, I always get prompted to renew the subscription as it rings out January 2022 🤷🏻 ♂️.

5. It was fine prior to the update 6 mths ago :( As of 26/1/21 it is now asking for payment to view.

6. Also allow a default setting that opens the cameras view in HD...Good app, works well remotely.

7. Now it keeps asking to update, except when you follow the update link it turns out the latest version is already installed.

8. So far, I dismiss it and it works but I'm wondering how long it'll be where it won't work as it thinks I need to renew.

9. Also it keeps displaying an error intermittently on start up and on top of that the creator is now asking for a yearly fee on an App that clearly needs more development.

10. Not terrible as a replacement for a technomate system after the app for that stopped.

11. I think they could have emailed to advise of this happening before it did.The full screen mode on an iPad now is cut off with a white bar on one side for no reason.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fseye Issues

1. Fix Fseye Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fseye: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fseye App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fseye" » Open Fseye » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fseye » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fseye app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fseye servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fseye" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fseye app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fseye might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fseye. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fseye then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fseye not working


2. Fix Fseye Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fseye be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fseye not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fseye may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Message is invalid user/password. Nothing has changed my end. If my subscription has expired please send me details of how I can update it. Otherwise pls advise

Hello, I have a CCTV system with 3 cams... Recently the app shows only the first one, whereas in the past I could see all the three. I couldn't find any setting to modify to solve the problem. Can you help me please?

The renewal is up and we click on the 1 yr option which brings us to the PayPal option, the screen is then stuck and we cannot progress past this screen to pay. We need the camera to work asap

I downloaded, the app yesterday. I have two cctv devices. As a test I paid for one month subscription for one device (0.01 USD). As it worked successfully , I proceeded to pay for 3 years cloud subscription for the other device but got an error message on the payment so retried. The payment was successful the second d time. However, I have noticed in my bank statement that I have been charged twice. Can a refund be issued immediately. Thanks

Fseye app will only work on home wifi. App will not work with 4G data. The problem only started after I paid for the subscription. When the app was free, I did not have any issues for two years. Are you able to advise a fix please? Thank you.

Dear Sir / Madam, The Fseye app I have on my Samsung phone no longer connects to my NVR / cameras, only in local mode since last night. I have checked my settings etc, but don't believe I have changed anything. My wife's phone is the same. Can you please advise? Regards,Richard
