5. Why subscription?? I have no use for your cloud service I have 4GB hard disk! I bought my system 2+ years back.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AEeye 3.0 Issues

1. Fix AEeye 3.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AEeye 3.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AEeye 3.0 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AEeye 3.0" » Open AEeye 3.0 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AEeye 3.0 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AEeye 3.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AEeye 3.0 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AEeye 3.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AEeye 3.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AEeye 3.0 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AEeye 3.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AEeye 3.0 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AEeye 3.0 not working


2. Fix AEeye 3.0 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AEeye 3.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AEeye 3.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AEeye 3.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am using ios app Ayeye3.0 2 days ago all cameras went to offline. I called IT manager as I though it could be internal wiring problem, everything check is working fine. I was told that it could be a problem from Icloud service, could you please advice
