Why should I report an Issue with XactRemodel?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. This one is very user-friendly!Pricing information is helpful, but using the app to make a professional, customer presentable, estimate is not even remotely possible.

2. Then when trying to add a line item we would get a spinner that would last minutes on end & eventually get an error message that prices couldn't be located & to check our internet connection.

3. Was gonna start using it again and noticed their price doubled! Didn't mind paying $25/month, but no way I'm paying more than that.

4. I end up pulling the cost information and then using Joist to make professional looking estimates.

5. Took me a few weeks to figure out how to edit each line item to accommodate the itemized areas.

1. Fix XactRemodel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart XactRemodel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the XactRemodel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XactRemodel" » Open XactRemodel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XactRemodel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear XactRemodel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XactRemodel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XactRemodel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check XactRemodel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XactRemodel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall XactRemodel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XactRemodel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XactRemodel not working

2. Fix XactRemodel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make XactRemodel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to XactRemodel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, XactRemodel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
