Why should I report an Issue with Wuuk?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I did manage to somewhat correct the motion detection by lowering the camera to a height of about 4 feet (Nest Doorbell recommendation) and installing Wuuk's wedge mount that allowed me to change the angle.

2. For example I don't need doorbell and 1 camera monitoring front yard in the morning, I have to go to app a manualy turn off motion every day.

3. BUYER BEWARE!!!Love my Wuuk doorbell and this app is great! Only thing I wish the app had is the ability to delete multiple video files at once.

4. I'll watch it for another week or so and if all goes well, I plan to purchase another 1 to 2 of their doorbell cameras.(Note that I'm rating app+device here.) Setup a bit unconventional, took a few tries to make it work.

5. User interface is ok, but the use model is a bit unconventional.Good quality doorbell with good quality camera.

6. Could use a point-able camera, not all doorbell locations have a good video angle.

7. It has now been three weeks and I still unable to view anything from the doorbell on my LG phone.

8. Wiring the doorbell does not fix the problem of it going offline.

9. The flag outside my porch causes a recording even with Smart human motion detection on and the motion detection sensitivity all the way down.

10. Haven't been able to respond to the doorbell.

11. The latest app update now has it detecting motion constantly even on the lowest detection setting.

1. Fix Wuuk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wuuk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wuuk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wuuk" » Open Wuuk » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wuuk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wuuk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wuuk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wuuk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wuuk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wuuk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wuuk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wuuk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wuuk not working

2. Fix Wuuk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wuuk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wuuk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wuuk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
