1. I'm getting a pop-up ad for Matterport with every change of screen, every tap, within that other app! I'm going to have to reset my phone to factory settings.Update 12/21/22 The app is now working fully with my phone.

2. And then when you finally get it rotated and placed right, the stupid thing either says "low overlap" or "alignment successful" and completely changes the realignment... I have had one scan that I can clearly see overlaps from the other scan and I get it perfectly aligned, but then it says "alignment successful and completely changes/messes everything up! Lots of other issues but I'm out of spacWorks, but it's pretty buggy.

3. Why can't I just have a choice? Why do I have to hit add, drag the cut across the screen, then line it up? Just let us have the old way or at least a choice! I have to do so many marks and cuts on large homes and it adds full minutes to the time I spend staring at the 3D space.

4. Please help!Great app would be better if it didn't screw up the shot every time I accidently click away from the screen or answer a call or text.

5. The new system is highly inefficient and whoever decided it was a good idea is an inexperienced non-field working loserIt takes some doing but once you get the hang of it you can map out a floorplan quite nicely.

8. Crashes whenever I try to place a 360 photo on the map.As soon as you changed the cutting and marking system it has increased my screen time drastically.

9. It goes through the processes of opening up the camera but once I align the camera with the dot the pictures are not takenThis app was working great with my insta 360 one RS 1inch edition.

1. Fix Matterport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Matterport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Matterport App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Matterport" » Open Matterport » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Matterport » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Matterport app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Matterport servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Matterport" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Matterport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Matterport might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Matterport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Matterport then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Matterport not working

2. Fix Matterport Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Matterport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Matterport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Matterport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
