It's not working properly when I started it took more than two minutes to start a video even my connection is stable and fastSome times the app does not work properly and thats why i lost my reward,my friend read in this app for more than half hour but he is not able to collect reward (coins),thats why i also did not get my money of invitation.please solve this problem and i will give you 5 starsAll over it's a good app But the video voice is not coming many of the times .I reboot my phone but it didn't work... Lastly i had to uninstall it.. Plz do something on that issueThe concept of lite edition is good but the app needs to be updated a lot as there are many bugs and hope they will soon come with beta.After installing helo lite, if i open contacts & messages, they open & close immediately even before i read it.

Worst application needed to be improve the lite version by its original version and I'm not sure it's convenient, sometime lack and and its feature and its interface and you sure that application not hang,,,,easy to use, can improve its feature..... 1. Fix Helo Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Helo Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Helo Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Helo Lite" » Open Helo Lite - Download Share WhatsApp Status Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Helo Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Helo Lite - Download Share WhatsApp Status Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Helo Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Helo Lite - Download Share WhatsApp Status Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Helo Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Helo Lite might not work.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Helo Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
