Why should I report an Issue with WTMP — Who touched my phone??

1. Highly configurable, and very easy to use!I was a little skeptic at first but after using the app I found that it is amazing! 👍 It shows when your phone has been unlocked, unlock attempts, failed unlocks, it takes clear amazing pictures of the person who tried to get in your phone.

2. You can activate it by simply clicking a button and you can customize your alerts and in what circumstances the picture gets taken (EX: failed password attempts, opened apps, and unlocked phone).

3. It offers you up to 300 reports with pictures (for free) of who unlocked and app lists of what was used, each time your phone is touched.

4. Also, maybe add a thing that negates that within a set time frame, say if I'm sleeping I could turn on a separate button for when I go to sleep.Since other people rarely gain posession of my phone, I've tested the app a few times and it functions as advertised.

5. It even gives a report if the phone is locked and shows that someone touched it, but did not unlock it- say if someone was looking at your notifications on your lock screen.

6. So, it takes a picture secretly every time the phone unlocks or screen comes on.

7. That way, I can leave it on all the time and it only generates a report when the passcode is entered or failed both fingerprint and code.

8. You can have a code to get into the app and can customize what all it monitors, unlock attempts, whether successful or unsuccessful plus it takes pictures.

10. My one and only gripe, add an option to not save a report or take a photo if the device was unlocked via a fingerprint that the device has saved.

1. Fix WTMP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WTMP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WTMP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WTMP" » Open WTMP — Who touched my phone? » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WTMP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WTMP — Who touched my phone? app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WTMP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WTMP — Who touched my phone?" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WTMP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WTMP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WTMP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WTMP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WTMP not working

2. Fix WTMP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WTMP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WTMP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WTMP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
