Why should I report an Issue with Vlogit - free video editor for Vlogger?

It's rather inconvenient, time consuming, and a bit irritating to get through the preview process with the glitches and lag, I'm no coding expert nor could I attempt to build an app, so whatever makes this stop would be greatly appreciated!!I am astonished by the level of quality with this app! I have recently noticed a bug, where I am splitting a clip(I had numerous clips already splitted with slowmos, speedups, sharpness adjustments, and transitions) and after clicking confirm split, it takes you back to the clip editing menu and when hitting the back button on the app not my phone (Galaxy S8+) it basically freezes and have to task-kill the app but have never lost my work ever from this bug!!most of the time, i get audio not synching to my mouth movement.

2. How the heck are you supposed to use this???! Doesn't save a draft either, so if you are in the middle of editing and you want to save your work, the delete button is RIGHT NEXT to the save button and you better not fat finger the wrong one! How about a simple delete warning? 🙄Amazing app besides one thing, there is alot of glitch and lag while previewing a video before saving (the video saves and plays afterward perfectly fine).

3. For example, audio could be set to where you like it, then you finalize your work, and the video audio does not match the people talking or is delayed.

4. My only issue is that everytime I put a ton of effort into editing my videos, once I export it the voice does not match the video.

5. As in the audio and video is not synced on point anymore, when played and shown once finished editing.

6. If you want fast and easy editing on a short video, then this app is the way to go.

7. If you want precise work on a carefully made video and an app that doesn't crash every 10 minutes, then this may not be the one for you.

8. The reason I give it a 3 star is because it does not compile video and audio very well when you try to export it.

9. If you want the audio to actually sync with the video, then this app is abysmal.

10. Although it has some advanced tools and no watermark, it lags so much! When I splice and trim, the video becomes messed up, and I have to close out and continue again.

11. And also it distorts my video quality where in it pixelates in the finished project where in my original video was perfect.

1. Fix Vlogit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vlogit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vlogit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vlogit" » Open Vlogit - free video editor for Vlogger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vlogit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vlogit - free video editor for Vlogger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vlogit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vlogit - free video editor for Vlogger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vlogit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vlogit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vlogit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vlogit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vlogit not working

2. Fix Vlogit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vlogit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vlogit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vlogit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
