1. unless these problems are fixed only 1*.Please give options like saving of rtmp address and saving of wifi networks passwords .I don't know why every time when I close the app and restart app it is asking from beginning it is irritating already it paired with my phone again for the same phone it is asking all options like scanning, wifi network selection, entering password ,entering rtmp URL it is very much tedious process .

So try to store the information and give us the options to use previous settings.App is showing new version is available but play store does not show any update, because of this my event does not start immediately it got scheduled & the worst is if i restart the sane automated scheduled event it does not support hd quality it lags under 480p.

3. facebook live is totally unstable with good wifi signal while from mobile it does not stop while network is unstable.

4. Company doesn't pick calls anymore.Even though Wifi Connection is on, network of device automatically goes off.

5. Fake product Just purchased this product for only 1 reason ABR (Adaptive bitrate streaming) That is also not working its a very fake product.YouTube isn't allowing to stream from the app.

6. Also Live frequently interrupts while we are on good internet connectivity.Youtube is not allowing to stream.

7. App keeps shutting off.Worst product Freedocast pro Shd have external battery option for 8 to 10 hours outdoor streaming.

8. its an android box but does not save neither wifi nor the google accounts.

9. If you change a wifi, next time you need search and again configure.

10. Kindly help me, i just purchased this an week ago.Even when all connections are in place, the app keeps saying check hdmi connection.

11. Now Google is Not Allowing Direct youtube live.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Freedocast Pro Issues

1. Fix Freedocast Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Freedocast Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Freedocast Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Freedocast Pro" » Open Freedocast Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Freedocast Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Freedocast Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Freedocast Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Freedocast Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Freedocast Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Freedocast Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Freedocast Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Freedocast Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Freedocast Pro not working


2. Fix Freedocast Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Freedocast Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Freedocast Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Freedocast Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
