Why should I report an Issue with Beans Wishlist, Shopping List?

1. Problem is, the developer seems to have abandoned it in 2017.Tried several time till create an account/ sign in, using both my FB and trying to create my own account.

2. Try Wish Explorer instead, it seems to be the best option I've found so far.EDIT 2: The developer has fixed the login issue, but unfortunately it took so long and my emails / review went completely unanswered for months.

3. I couldn't get logged in on my smartphone and was getting an error message saying 'fail to send email, no network' when I tried to reset my password (from phone or tablet), even though I was online.

4. The said "the login issue has been fixed" but the app won't let me create a new account and doesn't have a Google sign-in, like it should.

5. EDIT: This app WAS the best wishlist app but recently I have been unable to login or reset my password (like many others according to recent reviews).

6. It works without login but I can't share my wishes (I think that's because of not signing in).It's a great app, very organized... But there is no way to log in or sign up.

7. I tried with Facebook and with email and it's impossible.I can't sign in.... I used it for a while now that switched my phone I can't even access what I had.

9. It's easy to add wishes from other apps, the interface is simple and easy to use, and I like that I can use multiple tags per wish.

1. Restart Beans Wishlist, Shopping List: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beans Wishlist, Shopping List App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beans Wishlist, Shopping List" » Open Beans Wishlist, Shopping List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beans Wishlist, Shopping List » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beans Wishlist, Shopping List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beans Wishlist, Shopping List servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beans Wishlist, Shopping List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beans Wishlist, Shopping List app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beans Wishlist, Shopping List might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beans Wishlist, Shopping List. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beans Wishlist, Shopping List then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beans Wishlist, Shopping List not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beans Wishlist, Shopping List be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
