Why should I report an Issue with WeVPN - Fast, Secure & Unlimit?

1. Customer service responded in three days and they told me my issue was escaleted, nothing happened, just pay more for a better service, but if you can't, go with a free option, you'll avoid headachesEdit: App was fixed and works great.

It's only real purpose is to stream content that's block and it can't even do that.Not a good service, it started out good when I was on my 7 day trial then when I paid the $5 it went downhill, servers are not slow but you get an error ERR_TIMED_OUT even if you change servers, it's such a belowpar service that I don't think it's worth $5 a month, maybe $2-$3 a month and that's it.

3. Why aren't there more up updates? I'm very disappointed with this current service, or lack thereof, and if nothing is fixed soon, I will be looking for a new service that works.Terrible customer support.

1. Fix WeVPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WeVPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WeVPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeVPN" » Open WeVPN - Fast, Secure & Unlimit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeVPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WeVPN - Fast, Secure & Unlimit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeVPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeVPN - Fast, Secure & Unlimit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WeVPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeVPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WeVPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeVPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeVPN not working

2. Fix WeVPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeVPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeVPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeVPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
