1. You can't *do* anything in the app, it transfers you to the website, which immediately asks you if you want to open the app! Why on earth do we need to register for the steps *each* month? They count each quarter, so bare minimum, register every quarter.

2. We are using this app at work to motivate employees to exercise more but this app definitely does the opposite, it discourages you by making frustrating and too hard to earn points.This app is horrible and not user friendly.

3. I don't want to enter my steps manually, the whole point of my Fitbit is so not automatically tracks my movement.Absolutely terrible app, and program.

4. It won't stay connected to fitness devices so you are stuck constantly logging in to try to fix the steps... wish i could go back to the previous program i used.Was an ok app but after the last update I can no longer access any activities.

5. When the app opens it just keeps saying, "oops, an error has occurred", on the activity screen.The app was rushed and does not work smoothly.

6. If it's not broken don't try and fix it.Poor user interface, You are not able to manually update your activity from the app, you have to log in to the desktop version to do it.

8. It's not even syncing anyway, so I'm having to input each day manually, from my Garmin, which I've never had to do in the past.This app constantly had to jump to the website to handle most of its features.

1. Fix CaféWell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CaféWell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CaféWell App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CaféWell" » Open CaféWell » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CaféWell » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CaféWell app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CaféWell servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CaféWell" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CaféWell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CaféWell might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CaféWell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CaféWell then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CaféWell not working

2. Fix CaféWell Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CaféWell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CaféWell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CaféWell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
