Why should I report an Issue with KaleidoSnap: Kaleidoscope Cam?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Weasel to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. version... thanks 🤔22 days later it still doesn't work! =( and now it only takes screen shots and not photographs and still no selfie.... From these points of view is useless although I like the patterns it creates.I used use other fractal apps but I was limited to pictures that i had already taken and the capability of the apps functions & tools of which there were so many I never could have gotten to them a that just to learn them I had to create & save alot of pictures to get a few good ones.

3. When I go to the upgrade screen, it says I already own the upgrade, but the app doesn't update to the pro version, vthere isn't a link to the pro version.

4. There is also a bug I've noticed that causes the scene to change when you press the picture capture button, changing the scene in the picture you just took.The endless and constant ads are annoying though at this point I guess expected for a phone app... Which is sad.

5. Nor do I understand why sometimes it just doesn't work at all or that it crashes when trying to save a picture... Isn't that the whole point of the app?The app doesnt see the entire gallery.

6. I'll change my review if I'm able to upgrade it.really enjoyed this app for the longest time and now it doesn't work as well as it did, please fix it so I can give it the rating it deserves... I have the Pro.

7. so I have to treat you with great respectThank you for removing the watermark!!! I now give you 5 stars again!! I tried to up grade to pro version, it says I already have it.

8. UPDATE: there is now a white box and watermark at the bottom of pictures that is very obnoxious and ruins pictures... This is a really cool little app.

9. Scene 5 has a handful of very fine diagonal lines... On a white screen.

10. App is also smothered in ads, frequently interrupting whats going on, so I would be unlikely to keep anywayPaid for upgrade to pro, no way to upgrade, emailed the company, no response.

1. Fix KaleidoSnap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KaleidoSnap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KaleidoSnap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KaleidoSnap" » Open KaleidoSnap: Kaleidoscope Cam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KaleidoSnap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KaleidoSnap: Kaleidoscope Cam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KaleidoSnap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KaleidoSnap: Kaleidoscope Cam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KaleidoSnap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KaleidoSnap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KaleidoSnap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KaleidoSnap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KaleidoSnap not working

2. Fix KaleidoSnap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KaleidoSnap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KaleidoSnap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KaleidoSnap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
