1. Once in, the app crashes while updating new password.This app works well to send notifications and check data about the Vyncs gps installed on our vehicle.

2. This review is updated in response to a recent app update that caused an issue that was quickly fixed.

3. Update: I updated to version 1.9.0.7. They have added even more features such as Fuel savings, Amazon deal finders based on my saved choices.

4. I used to have Automatic which had much better real time tracking and alerting but they didn't charge for anything after purchase so they went out of business! This let's you set up zones and you can get alerts for those.

11. Recently i have started the Vynvs groups feature for my family and that is just am added plus that no other tracking app has.

1. Fix Vyncs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vyncs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vyncs App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vyncs" » Open Vyncs: Connected Car OBD GPS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vyncs » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vyncs: Connected Car OBD GPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vyncs servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vyncs: Connected Car OBD GPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vyncs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vyncs might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vyncs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vyncs then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vyncs not working

2. Fix Vyncs Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vyncs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vyncs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vyncs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
