Why should I report an Issue with Voliz - Create Polls?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of 7Span to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. (Just one link to view the poll, vote, and see results would be better than the wall of text it currently makes.) Maybe I'm just picky.The App is excellent but few voters' names were not captured as their real names.

2. Could you look into this?Excellent otherwise but is is possible that the candidate answering the poll should not get to know the amount of votes voted for particular options, as this will create Cheating practices while making their own answers.

3. Could you update the App in such a way that the real names of voters could be captured (from Google account, Facebook, etc) and in addition, add the phone numbers of the voters devices.

4. Thanks before...Works as expected but the automated text messages and poll sharing text could be so much cleaner.

5. Another issue is when I sent polling to my colleagues by personal message (WA), then he/she replied by PM after clicking link, the polling result on app didn't update automatically.

6. I was excited to use the app but became disappointed when I shared the poll and 1 of 3 links for the options did not work.

7. I had 5 votes on an item, asked someone to vote on another item and it recorded the new vote but deducted one vote from the existing 5 votes.

8. Also please ensure that only first vote counts of a particular candidate, and a second attempt for same question should be considered invalid.

9. They should o get the results only and only after giving their answers for the poll.

10. After receiving 3 votes, the app was showing an error, and I wasn't able to receive any further votes.

11. Also, you can make polling owner able to add polling result manually as a backup when the app can't update automatically.

1. Fix Voliz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Voliz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Voliz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voliz" » Open Voliz - Create Polls » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voliz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Voliz - Create Polls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voliz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voliz - Create Polls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Voliz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voliz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Voliz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voliz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voliz not working

2. Fix Voliz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voliz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voliz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voliz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
