1. Registration process is soooooo tedious, mean I don't have whole day to input my janam patri into a domestic airline app !!! Moreover you have to input your login details every single time you open the app followed by a reCAPACHA, feels like logging into top secret lab.

2. And everytime it crashes they give a message, Please contact customer service for further correction.It's really shameful that the Tatas are simply incapable of developing error-free and well designed mobile apps.

4. Why not allow login with mobile number if we have forgotten the email? Why not let us paste in or auto fill our email id? This is not a banking app that requires such extreme security.

1. Fix Vistara Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vistara: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vistara App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vistara" » Open Vistara - India's Best Airline » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vistara » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vistara - India's Best Airline app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vistara servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vistara - India's Best Airline" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vistara app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vistara might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vistara. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vistara then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vistara not working
