1. Also was allowed to take car to Europe for free, enterprise charge £160 for this and sixt add 60% to cost of rental, and of course would not allow you to take a mercedes.The service itself is great, the app is also good, with lots of great features.

2. Plenty of options and great prices.First time tesla rental and the car was perfect, except that windscreen wipers on auto run even if there is no rain.... May he a bug to make sure it can see? Dunno...very convenient especially to have it delivered, and car was in excellent condition.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Virtuo Issues

1. Fix Virtuo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Virtuo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Virtuo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Virtuo" » Open Virtuo: Hassle-free Car Rental » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Virtuo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Virtuo: Hassle-free Car Rental app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Virtuo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Virtuo: Hassle-free Car Rental" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Virtuo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Virtuo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Virtuo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Virtuo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Virtuo not working


2. Fix Virtuo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Virtuo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Virtuo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Virtuo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
