1. What I really would like though is if maybe there were more transitions? Like Instagram transitions with the boxes and the bounce effect and stuff like that, but other than that...totally perfect!This editing app has completely changed my life...InShot is an amazing app to use to edit, and it’s very handy as well! It makes my videos WAY MOROMGOMGOMG!!! I've been searching for a mobile video editor FOREVER， and I finally found one! I absolutely love this app.

2. Takes forever to save files and there is no control over the timing of the effects, you literally have to sit through the part of the video you want to apply the effects to and hold the button down the entire time...if you mess up, you have to do the whole thing over.

3. Overall, it's a nice app! But due to a lack of features to create animated stories(which is an emerging trend) , I won't be using it right now.Okay, new update! I dropped my rating right down to three stars because this app just became so annoying.

4. Not worth the money.Good!!! Suggestions (@developers): >> A feature to make a video out of photos could be added instead of only editing either a pic or a video separately.

6. This app installs adware or a virus! I downloaded it and started having random ads and articles pop-up in both the pre-installed browsers that came on my phone.

7. Once the filter goes on a video and you save it the playback is severely pixelated and the quality drops dramatically.

8. Not only that, when I am on YouTube or social media random websites pop up on my web browser, forcing me to waste my time closing a bunch of tabs.

9. If I didn't press the middle button on my phone during the random pop up ad I would've never known which app was causing these problems.

10. It literally says “app won't load, try again later.” I'd rather pay a subscription than be forced to watch ads if the ads won't even load.

1. Fix Filto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Filto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Filto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Filto" » Open Filto: Video Filter Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Filto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Filto: Video Filter Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Filto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Filto: Video Filter Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Filto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Filto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Filto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Filto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Filto not working

2. Fix Filto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Filto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Filto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Filto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
