Why should I report an Issue with comica - video filters?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Game Brain to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Also I understand having two Apps, one for photo and one for video is most likely for financial reasons but if you combined them and increased the price by 50-75 percent (with those features included in the free version and also dependent upon proper marketing).. this app would be a slam dunk for me.Quality of output is VERY good, just kinda wish there was a bit more of a professional looking and user friendly interface.

2. Rated 4 because the audio sync is off on longer files and you cannot trim a video in the app prior to upload.I think it's very good to cartoonify your videos especially for the non profit work I do for projects it's very useful, straight video can be a bit boring.

3. Aside from that it is great to use and adds a bit of comical flavour to videos.The only reason I give 4 stars is because there is no option to purchase it, so I can avoid all the adds (not saying that there are many adds, its just that i don't wanna have adds at all) besides that, this is a wonderful app.

4. The audio does not alway sync after 2 minutes, you can not do long videos, there is no preview, and you can not select where you want your work to save.

5. Has several different filters so you can cartoonify (for want of a better word) your videos.

6. I do have one or two suggestions for minor improvements eg The ability to see and crop a video from the start, as opposed to just the first frame.

7. I only have a couple of gripes the main one being: You have to record the animation from the beginning of the video clip.

8. It would be so much better if you could forward the video to the part you want to record.This is very very good.

9. If these things were to be fixed, I'd pay much more for such an application.The ability to strip the audio from the video would be a huge help.

10. We need to be able to scrub through the video to see what different frames look like with different settings applied.

11. Which potentially means a long wait if all you want is a small snippet converting mid video.

1. Fix comica Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart comica: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the comica App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "comica" » Open comica - video filters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for comica » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear comica - video filters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from comica servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "comica - video filters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check comica app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, comica might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall comica. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall comica then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing comica not working

2. Fix comica Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make comica be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to comica not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, comica may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
