1. There are a few things they need to work on but for the most part this company will be the next generation of rideshare.Why would I want to pay a company for a background check when other companies already do so without asking for payment from you, for the amount of information the company asks you to enter repetitively is irritating, I was wondering when it was going to ask me for my blood type next.

2. Also, both apps (rider & driver) reject valid email address as "not valid." Someone needs to tell the devs to read the RFC instead of copy/pasting regexes off the internet.Well, got approved, passed background check.

Any concerns and support is there to help.This app is not working I have tried to open it to download it won't allow me it just shows a can someone tell me how to fix this uninstalled and reinstalled I've never had this much problem with other appsOk, how can you Work with an app that never open?.

4. They don't know how to fix the problems, I can't download my documents, after espend 30 dollars in the background check and 45 in the Vibe inspection, it was for nothing.

5. Sorry,but I refuse to submit any form of payment with the information that I already submitted to you, I'll stick to delivering apps instead.As an original vibe driver, much better user friendly.

6. They say I'm approved, app says background check is pending.

7. Login and it still says pending background check.

8. The road to progress is a bumpy one, put your seatbelt on and get ready for a hell of a ride! This is going to be huge.Very bad support.

10. Launching the driver app auto redirects to webpage which then auto redirects to the google play store page for the rider app.

11. The driver support videos on Facebook are awesome and so helpful.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vibe Drive Issues

1. Fix Vibe Drive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vibe Drive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vibe Drive App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vibe Drive" » Open Vibe Drive » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vibe Drive » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vibe Drive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vibe Drive servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vibe Drive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vibe Drive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vibe Drive might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vibe Drive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vibe Drive then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vibe Drive not working


2. Fix Vibe Drive Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vibe Drive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vibe Drive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vibe Drive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
