Not counting the fact that my information was sold in the very first second to the third parties, otherwise why I get a lot of YouTube, Facebook and WORSE phone calls now regarding vacations under Viator?Garbage! If I'm traveling out of the country and don't have active cell service, the app doesn't load my bookings.

2. Terrible service! I expect more from Viator.The excursions you can book through the app are great, but the app itself appears to have been designed by the dumbest programmers willing to work for minimum wage.

3. Once booked, then the meet up location provided which is usually confusing and I missed an expensive tour that I arrived 30 minutes early for because of how confusing it was; others missed the same tour as well.
