Tiqets Customer Insights

1. After our flight was canceled, we where trying to cancel the tickets 3 days before (11.06.2022 at 11:59 a.m. last date for canceling) and from the customer care center told us that we have not selected the "free cancellation" button, which by the way was not an option (for which we have a screenshot that we sent them).

2. I try to cancel a ticket 3 days before, and they claimed that I didn't choose the "free cancelation" button, which by the way was grayed out, and it cost 12% additional cost for this "free" cancelation.

3. When I complained to Customer Service they refused to refund because they said their skip the line reference just meant skip the ticket line.

4. After many abruptly ended communications, I was asked by support to elaborate on the illness that prevented me from attending, only to find a prior review discussing how another customer received a refund with no hassle for literally the same reasoning.

5. The option to buy tickets may also pop up under the event you are trying to attend making it seem like they are partnered with the event, pay close attention! Customer service sucksVery bad app.

6. Never use this company they are liars and fraudsters.***EDIT*** Tiqets immediately refunded me for the audio guide even I never asked for! Turns out that the unsubscribe server was unreachable for me because an adblocker configuration.

7. Highly recommend you stay far away from this app if you want proper support for reasonable issues.Great Apps to have and used it on a regular basis to buy in advance entrance tickets.

8. Not recommended.Been on a wild goose chase with tiqets to receive a refund as I was unable to attend a reservation due to the pandemic affecting my party and I.

9. NEVER USE THIS APP!!Tiqets fraudulently claimed that Hagia Sophia tour allowed Skip the Line.

10. But the Hagia Sophia is free and there is no ticket line.

11. THEY try to sell you the tickets as if there's sooo many "this is for blank blank and blank" BUT ITS ALL THE SAME PLACE.NEVER USE THIS APP!! The worst app ever existed, a complete SCAM.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Tiqets Issues

1. Fix Tiqets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Tiqets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Tiqets App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tiqets" » Open Tiqets - Museums & Attractions » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tiqets » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Tiqets - Museums & Attractions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tiqets servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tiqets - Museums & Attractions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Tiqets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tiqets might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Tiqets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tiqets then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tiqets not working


2. Fix Tiqets Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tiqets be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tiqets not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tiqets may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
