1. A 7-hour trip from my location to Harrisburg is shown as 11 hours.Best maps ever, due to the shading for pitoresque roads.(If you are one for enjoying scenic drives.) Pity though, the cities are now named in French...for non French countries....weird?Great travel info and route planning Gives price of tolls Alternative routes Easy to use and adjust the route to suit the userNice route planning options, but sends spam notifications.

2. Picture sometime freezes, which is solved by changing screen view or restarting navigation.Very good and useful app to also navigate, extraordinary for planning! Many features and infos for planning trips.

3. Uninstalled within the half-hourA great new way to navigate! I would be even better if the time to travel on a route was accurate, even close.

4. I would like the price estimates for fuel to be clearer and to have a source mentioned, as they're very over the real ones.Each time I try to do anything on this app, it keeps asking me to sign in.

5. It needs some work in route suggestions, I had some bad experiences in areas with small roads.

6. I used Android Auto for Waze as alerts are missing on Michelin, used Michelin on phone screen.

7. So, I have to use the trip planner everytime to change the options in order to avoid miles and uk gallons etc.

8. After signing up, signing in another 3 times, it presented me with another page to fill in my address but this is another app that doesn't acknowledge the existence of Scotland and so could not enter my full address.

9. Very good for avoiding toll roads, better than Waze for this.

10. Cannot change language... counts gas in gallons!! Not worth the time.

11. And wasn't aware of closed roads.User experience is the worst.

1. Restart ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic" » Open ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ViaMichelin GPS, Maps, Traffic then reinstall.
