Their clothing is super, uber cute and fashionable and I adore it.Venus has clothing,shoes, swimsuits and accessories that are on trend & made well at a nice price they've also got all the basics, athleisure, pajamas and more! I also love the fact that they have plus size clothing as well.(xs-4x) Because it's not a one size fits all world! App is very easy to use and I've never had any issues with returns or exchanges.

2. Why not route me back to my stopping point like most shopping apps? This inconvenience discouraged me from browsing.Venus has the BEST bathing suits (mix and match seperates) and jeans! I've worn Venus suits for 30 years and I still have every single suit.

3. And the clothes are great...jeans in short, reg and Long! I rarely return anything.I LOVE Venus Women's clothing and the new app.

4. it's super annoying because I try to buy 10 to 20 items at a time! I like to compare what in my wishlist to what I need in that particular order so that's really really frustrating!!! I'm uninstalling please update and fit that.

5. I use a ton of shopping apps online this by far is the most annoying app I have ever used! yes your clothes are beautiful and reasonably priced, but there's no wish list or save or love it.

7. It takes me back to the beginning of the category and I have to go thru the list, and wait for it to load each section all over again, which becomes considerably tedious when you're 5 or even 1p sections thru.The worst navigation within a shopping app that I have ever experienced.

8. Loading time is slow, and you have to sign in EVERY time you want to just quickly access you wishlist, order history, profile, etc.

9. Having the app makes it easier to navigate the online shop much faster and making it more convenient to view all of the details of the item you are currently viewing plus your history.

10. It appears to be either fun or enlightening, but I'd need a lot more time with, while it's running smoothly and not butting in just when I've opened it for the first time and practically demanding that I write something nice about it.

11. From classic styles you can wear for years to trendy colors and new styles I love them all! You can take a basic black bottom or skirt and get unlimited tops to go with it.

1. Fix VENUS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VENUS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VENUS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VENUS" » Open VENUS: Women's Clothing & Swim » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VENUS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VENUS: Women's Clothing & Swim app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VENUS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VENUS: Women's Clothing & Swim" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VENUS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VENUS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VENUS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VENUS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VENUS not working

2. Fix VENUS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VENUS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VENUS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VENUS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
